İşletme sahibi fatura vermiyor, defalarca talep etmeme rağmen faturamı göndermedi, rezervasyon detay formu gönderdi ve bunun dışında hiçbir şey göndermediğini söyledi, resmi işlemler için ihtiyacım olduğunu söylememe rağmen fatura kesmiyor ve göndermiyor. Konu ile ilgili müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişime geçtim. Ayrıca kaldığım yerin penceresi çerçeve kısmından ayrık idi, dolayısıyla odaya sürekli soğuk hava giriyordu, tuvaleti de aşırı küçük, sığmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Yatağın yanında bir komodin bile yoktu.

Nothing, everything was girl le apart from the location. Moody place and very dangerous since there traffic and dealers of drogues. The host was not kind

The location since it was strategic place close to the train station, buses, metro and trams

Our previous reservation got cancelled last minute and the owner of argonne received us within minutes. Everything was explained in messages, and quite clearly even though he used french (google translation was used, needless to say). For 2 nights it covers the basics (but nothing more).

The appartment could have been cleaner. The water kettle was dirty, the microwave was ok (it had little spots). The toilet got clogged after a day and a half and our impression was that this is a recurring problem. There were no kitchen cloths so we had to use towels to dry the dishes. For the price we payed it seemed like it was quite overpriced. It was quite noisy during the night (sirens and club noises during saturday night). It didn't bither us, but it might bother somebody

The location whist good and close to train is in a grungy part of Brussels and it didn’t feel safe at night - the bathroom was challenging- the placement of the sink made getting to toilet difficult - it was at the top of building and only stairs no lift - so getting suitcase up was really annoying- the apartment had no amenities eg tea or coffee and it looked like a half finished renovation. Look if you are young and in a group then could be ok - we went to a hotel after 1 night - just didn’t want to stay there for the whole weekend in Brussels.

Clean, large space, 4 mins walk from Midi station, kitchen very useful, host very quick to respond to questions

Shower flooded bathroom and kitchen when used, heating not strong enough (outside temp was 0-8 degrees C, inside temp 8-10C which wasn't warm enough for me, but host did provide another duvet when I asked which helped a lot), it would be great to have some more furniture in the space, for example bedside tables, large space with not much in it

The location was very convenient from the main train station in Brussels and very easy to get to from the Eurostar.

We visited late November/December and it was very cold inside the property. While the property has radiators they did not work and I did contact the property who told me to turn them on but again they didn’t work. The beds were clean and comfortable, but there is no couch or tv. There is a dining table to sit at. There is also no elevator which isn’t a problem but worth noting if you have heavy bags.

It's very close to the south station so it is well connected

Never felt that cold in my life. The thermostat wasn't enough and the bathroom didn't have any kind of heating, so it would have been impossible to have a shower. The hosts dont speak english so I waited 1 hour and half outside in the cold just to have info about how to get inside and they sent me the wifi password on the second day.
