It was very cold, we asked the owner to put the heating he put it on maximum he told us. It went a little bit warmer but then it went colder again, it was below 15 degrees there. We asked him again than he started shouting, that I am sick I was the only one complaining. I told him that we wanted to cancel because it was too cold, he said that we couldn’t get our money back

Great location

The unit is on the top floor and only can reach by the stairs to the 4th floor which is quite challenging. And the stairs a bit stinky like somebody peeing there.

The place had a nice induction stove, a strong internet connection, and was easily accessible from the city center. Plus, it was right next to the station, which made it pretty convenient.

The sheets were dirty, and we found a nail clipping and a pair of used underwear under the bed. The wall outlets were insufficient and in awkward locations, with no bedside lighting, and the switches were also inconveniently placed. The room had only the bare essentials, and we noticed a smell of smoke when we arrived. The shower leaked water everywhere while in use, flooding the bathroom. The sink was practically above the toilet seat, making it uncomfortable to sit. The carpet was dirty, and the view was of an internal courtyard.

Location okay.

Extremely basic. No TV. Shower leaked all over floor. No view from window. No bedside lights.

I recently stayed at this property and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent, especially for travelers—it’s right by the main station, which made getting around very convenient. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling of being unsafe, especially at night, as the area felt a bit unsettling.

As for the room, it left much to be desired. It was functional, but not particularly comfortable or well-maintained. The furnishings felt dated, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. It served its purpose for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing or high-quality accommodation experience.

Equipment is OK.

A rot in the showerroom. No warm water in the shower in the morning (it was really beautiful to take a shower in the ice-cold water). The flat is old, gloomy, ugly. It's cold there.
