Apartment - Place Jourdan & EU institutions

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

WiFi was weak sometimes

The apartment has all the facilites, kitchen, fridge, good coffee maker etc. Except from a lift. It was clean. The shower was nice. It was quiet

The apartment is on the second floor no lift. This shall be stated in the site. The connection to public transport is not that good. The matress of the small bedroom is not comfortable at all. The price of 160 euros is too expensive for what it offers.

The owners are very nice people, really helpful. I forgot my iPad in the appartement. As soon as they noticed it, they sent me a mail to organize how to get it back. They were really accomodating to find the best way. Many thanks to them. Moreover the place is extraclean. The appartement offers a large surface, with all the necessary elements. I do recommend

It was very cold in the apartment. The shower is very small, the water pressure is very low and the water temperature was not hot. We also had a problem with leaving our luggage after checking out. The owner offered to leave it at the entrance. It wasn't safe for us. The steps are very small and uncomfortable.

The location was a few minutes from our place of business and the amenities were great. Complementary small bottle of wine was a nice gesture and there were plenty of treats in the kitchen. Iron and ironing table were life saving and there was even a sticky roll in the closet. The place was very clean and the beds and sheets really comfy. Maybe the only thing that needed more explaining was how to set the temperature via the thermostat.
