Apartment - Place Jourdan & EU institutions

The Flat was very comfy and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was polite and nice, while continiously staying in touch with us. We will definetly book again next year!

The neighborhood is a bit scetchy but nothing to worry about. Also, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but is perfectly fine for a short stay.

Good location, close to Pl. Jourdan. The apartment was quite spacious, Good communication by the host regarding the stay, where to find the keys etc. Nice of the host to have coffee and some basic snacks available.

Furniture was quite basic. It could have been a bit more comfortable. Some instructions regarding how to operate heating could have been useful.

The flat was really clean and there were enough tea bags, coffee pods and snacks to last us the two days we were there. The owner sent to code for the door in plenty of time the day of arrival and responded quickly to a question we had just before leaving. There were plenty of public transport options nearby, as well as shops and cafés. It was very cold in Brussels this past weekend, but the flat was nice and cosy.

The entrance to the second bedroom is through the first bedroom, so it wasn't really ideal for two friends sharing, but we knew this in advance and made the best of it. Otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel accommodation experience was very good, and the location was very close to where I had the meeting. The room is decorated very well, with complete facilities, and the oven and iron are very useful. The homeowner even prepared instructions for the use of household appliances, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher, which were very meticulous. The free Dim sum and candy prepared by the owner are both delicious and reasonable. This apartment strictly follows the rule that guests can only check in at 3 pm in the afternoon. If you arrive early, you can check in your luggage and stroll around. After returning to my home country, I need an accommodation invoice, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic and sent me the email.

If I stay for a few days, the trash can is full and I don't know where to throw it away. And the WiFi signal is a bit weak in the bedroom.

Location was perfect for my stay in Brussels, very close to the EU institutions. The flat was nice, clean and larger than expected :). It would be perfect also for a longer stay in Brussels. I was only 2 days. Communication was very good. Next time again!
