Great apartment, nice modern and clean with everything you need. It was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. Well equipped and very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

check in was a bit complicated, a lot of instructions. But it all works well so no big complaints

Location was good as the bust to centre of the city was 2 minutes from the apartment The apartmetn was specious, clean and with lots of light. kitechen was well equipped. For a familh it wold be perfect. Hope to go back. Undeground parking was good (free) although one needs to pay extra attention to get in and park if the car is large.

There was a requirment of obligatory security deposit by creadit card. This was not mentioned in the booking. com. Booking website(s) should provide this information so that one would know in advance of this and not get a surprise. Also the address of the apartment is not communicated until one make this deposit in advance of the arrival. And there are many accomodations in teh vicinity of this area with similar for close to similar names, which makes it confusing to find the place. Finally, just to say the securtity deposit was released quickely upon our check out.

They used my personal number and contacted via another app different from what’s app to ask me for 250 EUR deposit and call banco to accept the transaction, as they need that as proof of not breaking rules, but those rules are not in the description. They called me in a hard to understand English and that didn’t inspire me confidence, I asked to cancel the booking and they say I needed to do it myself and will charge me 100 EUROS. After that they stop responding me and they don’t want to return my money!

The instructions for the entrance to the garage were not clear. There is no No. 147 on the road! It is in fact round the back of the building . Also, the beds were a little too soft for our liking.

The accommodation was nice also the staff support was very nice, but it was too big for one person and also expensive!

The security of picking the ke and everything was good safe, buu very complicated! Once i was out and the door didn’t open i was out for 15 min in 05:00 am!

The apartament is well positioned with immediate access to subway or buses.

Extremely difficult check in procedure There was a string smell of mold in bathroom and one of the bedrooms Dishwasher was not functioning Dishes were very poorly cleaned before our arrival The fridge was dirty Extremely expensive No flexibility/understanding from the owner - I booked the apartment in 2022 with the intention to visit Brussels in Sep 2022. By mistake I have selected Sep 2023 in Booking. Although I have explained this, the owner didn’t accept cancellation and to refund the money.
