the location, functional bathroom

There was a bad smell in the room, not very nice building, the hallway very small to the entrance in the studio, no AC in the room and there were 33 degrees Censius outside at 11.00 pm. The owner set up in the room a mobile AC but it does not cope with the hot air coming from outside, considering the external glass wall of the building. The wifi was not functioning.
