Luxury Budapest Apartment

Good location, pretty central.

Accommodation needs some care and attention, and a good thorough clean. Opaque doors on the bedrooms and bathrooms, no locks, limited privacy. Not enough cutlery, glasses for a group of 6. TV didn't work, electric kept tripping when trying to cook Christmas Dinner, boiler went off leaving the apartment cold and without hot water. Towels and bedding old with stains, very grubby. Disappointed overall with the facilities.

Last minute change of address is not something you announce by email. You either call the customer or send someone to greet them and apologize and explain the situation and lead personally to an alternative accommodation. To make things worse, the employee at the reception of Paulay Ede 15. didn't redirect us to the replacement apartments, but to the original address in Király street (where no AR Center apartments exist or is impossible to locate). Later the reception was locked; we could not find anyone there anymore. I can't understand how they didn't have the decency to call me in this circumstances. We were forced to pay in advance and upon arrival they gave us option to take whatever they had available or to spend the night in the street. And didn't even bother to call, didn't even introduce themselves! What an appalling way to treat your customers! And at the end they have the nerve to send me an automated email asking to give them 10 star review!

Great location and enough space for our family of five. Modern and clean furnishings.

WiFi wasn't working and someone came within 20 minutes with an alternative. We couldn't get connected to the alternative either, but they get an A for effort.

old bed in masterbedroom, very noisy our neighbours didnt let us sleep well, they made noise and disorder for 2 nights
