Luxury Budapest Apartment

The localisation is very good

We rent an apartment, considered a "luxury" apartment. When we arrived, the apartment was in a pitiful, dirty state and a large part of the furniture is damaged. The bathroom shower drain does not work. There was no door in a bedroom. We saw that they offered a 30% discount, if customers put a score of 10/10 on Booking: when we booked the apartment, we trust these comments which are significantly wrong. The person who rent the apartment came the second morning to ask us to pay 1200 euros in CASH.

Great facilities and central location

The space was good as was the location

The apartment had no tea, coffee or sugar. No tea towel. There was no information guide for the apartment. The front door lock was very hard to manage. The wifi router was hard to find. The lay out was very odd. One bedroom had a shower & bath but no toilet. The toilet was off the kitchen & dining area, All doors in the apartment were glass so light and noise travelled between rooms.

Nothing didn’t stay in the property

Didn’t get to stay in the apartment we booked, on arrival we were sent a text saying it wasn’t available due to a boiler leak. Very disappointed because we were given two apartments so our group was split up, we received no refund, the apartments we received were tiny and didn’t meet our expectations. Couldn’t recommend as we never got to stay in the property we payed for

Quite shabby and maintenance needed particularly to the flooring. The vinyl flooring was lifting due to the air conditioner leaking. This caused the doors to stick. The WiFi didn't work and nor did the booster
