Spacious apartment, perfect for a family of 3-4, equipped with the bare necessities for a few days stay. Located near the famous Budapest Trade Fairs, as well as the Kalvin ter metro station. There are also a few restaurants in the vicinity.

The balcony requires cleaning and better equipment and organization.

Nice new place, easy access.

Electricity needs some rethinking in the bathroom, scared me at first what was hanging from the ceiling right above the bathroom. Cleaning should include dusting as it was possible to draw pictures into dust on some of the shelves. Airconditioner should be allowed to be adjusted by tennant as it is blowing straint onto the bed.

Excellent location, very quiet, and a nice balcony. Birdsong every day. Close to the Grand Central Market, cafes and restaurants all within a quick walk. Our host, with OrangeHomes, was responsive and prompt with any queries. We spent 28 nights here. Thank you!

The kitchen was nice, although basic cooking utensils and a cutting board would have been better, especially if you were planning on staying more than a few days. The shower is in a very steep sided and higher tub enclosure, and if you have any mobility issues, you should be aware.
