ORANGEHOMES one bedroom Modern apartment in the city center

The apartment is located in the quiet area near the city center, it has a balcony overlooking an inner garden with chairs and table. It is shaded by the trees, so even on a hot days was nice and cool. The facilities are good, the room and the bathroom was clean and the only thing that was missing was a bottle opener :-) There are many bars, restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes' walk and the Danube embankment is within ten minutes walk.

The door and the locker codes was not sent 24h before arrival - I had to ask for them on WhatsApp. In Hungary there is a law requiring you to send scans of your ID card or passport before arrival. Sending personal details by e-mail or messenger seems risky, but there is no choice.

It was a pretty and discreet place in a central area, so it was nice to come back to quiet space and a balcony overlooking a garden / green space to work. The facilities were good, and the kitchen was working. It perfectly suited my needs.

For some reason I did not receive the main entrance door code, so I had to wait for another person from the building to let me in, but the receptionist was kind and he gave me the door code afterwards. Otherwise check in was easy.

Spacious and well organized apartment, with all the facilities I needed.

It would be great to have an option for cheaper parking.

Room was modern and in a great location. Full kitchen. While it is a studio, bedroom is separate from the living area. Comfortable bed. Apartment is right of Raday, a street full of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Apartment is quiet and has a balcony overlooking a beautiful green terrace. Good public transit nearby including a very close walk to airport shuttle. Really a great value.

While Internet was reliable, the router is old and speeds didn't support video calling.

Spacious, lot of lighting, nice balcony with lush greenery around it. 24h deli is close-by. Sufficient power-sockets

AC did not work properly. I could not reach anyone on the telephone provided. Balcony can't be used during rain. Property said it has an umbrella. Could not find it. Not a fan of the mattress

The apartment is close both to Kalvin Ter and to Corvin, meaning you are close to metro and tram 4/6. The pictures are accurate and you can do self checkin.
