The cost environment

It could have been cleaner

easy access, good instruction from owners, well equiped

maybe not for those who are scared of heights :D

the area is quiet and very close to transportation means and the margaret island wifi was quick there was always hot water there were extra towels if needed

there was a coffee maker for filter coffee, but no filters or coffee. we should buy them for our selves, which was a minus for someone who wants to stay just for a few days. im not sure how the radiator works. we turned it on, but it wasn't heating. maybe its open just for a few hours. fortunately there was an air-condition for heating the place. tv wasn't working. we contacted with the owner (or the team, not sure), but they never actually helped us or fix it.

The apartment was in a great location, close to Parliament, in a quiet area, with public parking in front of the building. Close to many attractions, restaurants.. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped, even for a longer stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy.

The cleaning is not working well, everything was fine in the bathroom, but the floor in the kitchen was not cleaned well after the previous guests.

Great location close to Chain Bridge, Margaret Island and Parliament. 4th floor apartment in traditional block with old-fashioned lift. Apartment itself been converted in modern open-plan style. Double bed behind sliding glass doors onto living/kitchen area. Spacious with loads of potential storage space. Above bathroom are steep stairs to a mezzanine single bed. No handrail so would be unsafe for young child or someone with mobility issues. Good value for money. All communication with rental agency via email which worked well for us.

Maybe curtains to pull over glass sliding doors to separate sleeping and living area. Hand rail for steep stair to mezzanine. Supply of dish towels to dry dishes.

The apartment's location was fantastic, it was situated conveniently, making it easy to explore the city and access various attractions. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a coffee machine and washing machine.

Unfortunately, the positive aspects of were overshadowed by the persistent stench from the drains in the bathroom. It was difficult to ignore, and it frequently disrupted my comfort and even sleep. It was the same smell that you could smell from the drains in the street.

The location is superb and the apartment was clean.

The apartment (view to the courtyard) is on the fourth floor and the elevator that takes you there is really old and you do not feel safe in it. We had to use it mainly because of our old parents and they were quite scared when using it. Second, the apartment is really small. The bathroom is tiny. The toilet and the wash basin are situated next to each other. We were four people and stayed there for 1 night. I think staying here for more that a night would be difficult.

The location of the apartment was great.

The apartment smelt of drains / sewage, plus the TV didn't work. The drains / sewage issue wasn't going to be resolved in the timescales that we were staying there, so I booked alternative accomodation.
