Timeless Apartment with FREE Private PARKING

The apartment is located near attractions. Subway is almost nearby. Easy check in and check out. Big TV, good wi-fi. One big plus is the parking!

The building needs renovation. The apartment needs proper ventilation. There is an air conditioning unit but it doesn't make much difference and cannot extract humidity enough. It smells humid all the time you come back. After you enter the room you get used to it, but humidity is still there. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and moves a lot.

I liked that the owner followed through on everything he said. The location is excellent and close to the metro.

In general everything was fine, we had a good time in apartment and Budapest. I recomend this apartment.

The second bed creaks a bit but it is not big thing.

Parking is a bit narrow, SUV can fit but it's extremely tight. Perfect for smaller car!

When we arrived (family with two small kids), after five hours of drive, we tried to contact the owner for half an hour over the phone to see how to get in - she did nor pick up on five of my calls. We walked around the building, rang numbers on intercom and after half an hour, we gave up. We were in urgent need for stay and took another hotel nearby. Owner called us after an hour telling us how we did not reply to her (generic) booking message and that, if we did, she would told us instructions how to get in the appartment. As a result of us not being able to get in the appartment - she rates us as "no show" and don`t want to refund us. I have strong feeling that she leased it parallely without Booking.com, ditched us, and kept our money.
