"It's situated in a great location and the place is fairly big but old. It needs some maintenance."

Easy to access and retrieve the keys

There was a leak from the radiator that flooded the entrance, and I had to dry it up every one to two hours. When I asked to have the problem fixed or to change accommodations, I was told that neither option was possible. They did not provide any temporary solutions, so I had to come up with my own, using more towels to soak up the water under the radiator.
