Apartament bardzo blisko Dunaju i parlamentu, blisko wszystkich atrakcji, więc można zwiedzić wszystko piechotą. Mimo ścisłego centrum uliczka boczna, więc niezbyt głośna, a do tego okna wychodzą na wewnętrzne podwórka, więc nie słychać ulicy. Właściciel szybko zareagował na moje zgłoszenie dotyczące zatkanego odpływu w wannie i usunął usterkę

Mieszkanie w starej kamienicy, samo mieszkanie ok, ale kamienica zaniedbana, widok z pokoju na wewnętrzne podworko, a z kuchni na mur. Nie są to jednak istotne niedogodności
