Not very clear instruction on how to get into the apartment. Either it's my problem and it's just me who didn't get something or you guys need to simply mention the "enter flat 9" point in the instruction

We are faced very bad experience from the apartment,This apartment side they cancel our booking. And they cannot inform before the check in time, they cannot take our call, and we wait the front of the apartment more than 20 minutes, that time they reply our mail the booking is canceled for the maintenance of the apartment , you need to cancel the booking, that time we are very disappointed, and they cannot refund the booking charge they cannot give any reply about refund of our money.

I tried to contact them multiple times via message and phone more than a week before my arrival, but they completely ignored all my attempts at communication. Even after I requested help from Booking.com customer service to reach them, they remained silent. To make matters worse, they cancelled my reservation at 12:00 PM on the very day of my arrival (check-in was from 3:00 PM), claiming there was an "issue with the property." While they did refund my money, they offered zero compensation for the extreme inconvenience of being left without a room at the last minute. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable

In the booking it was writen that the give toiletries and an iron but none of this was true. The kitchen was almost not existing. Everything was small and coming apart. The shower and bathroom were dirty. And the comunication with the host bad

A szállásadókkal meglehetősen körülményes és nehézkes a kommunikáció. A fotók jóval korábbiak lehetnek, egy alapos felújítás ráférne.

Był wszędzie brud, na ścianie pleśń, właściciel twierdził że nie ma takiej możliwości aż nie wysłałem mu nagrania jak to wygląda , dwa dni walki żeby coś z tym zrobił. Nie polecam lepiej dopłacić trochę więcej i mieć lepszą opcje

Комунікація з господарем йшла дуже важко, відповіді отримувала або пізно, або взагалі не отримувала. А наприкінці, в день виліту, тобто заселення, мені прийшло повідомлення, що вони не можуть прийняти гостей, хоча я потім дивилася на сайті, все було заброньовано. Бронювання пропонували скасувати мені, напевне, щоб не було штрафів. Процедура з поверненням коштів тяглася два дні.

Завдяки ним, я пережила стрес, прийшлося швидко шукати нове житло, переписуватися з ними та службою підтримки, щодо повернення коштів. Звичайно, квартиру знайшла значно дорожче. .
