Just the location. The rest is no good. It’s very dirty. Every corner of the room has dust. The shower area is also dirty, the drain still has hairs on the floor. The beddings look unwashed and smelly as well as the curtains. Lots of dust at the bedside corner. The ceiling of the hotel have black molds which is deadly that’s why we checked out after few minutes immediately.

The hotel cancelled our reservation on the same day our holiday started, claiming there was “ongoing maintenance.” The timing couldn’t have been worse — we only found out after we had already landed in the country. Imagine stepping off a flight in a foreign country, tired and expecting to head to your hotel, only to discover you no longer have anywhere to stay. No prior warning, no proper notice, and certainly no attempt to help us find alternative accommodation. The “maintenance” excuse felt extremely convenient given how last-minute the cancellation was. If this work was planned, why were guests not informed earlier? And if it was unexpected, why was there zero effort to support customers who were stranded because of their decision? Instead of starting our holiday relaxed and excited, we spent hours scrambling to find a place to stay at the last minute, paying higher prices because everything decent was already booked. A hotel cancelling the day of arrival, leaving guests stranded in another country, is completely unacceptable. Communication was poor, responsibility was avoided, and the lack of customer care was shocking. Would absolutely not recommend unless you enjoy the thrill of potentially arriving in a foreign country with nowhere to stay.

No hay ningún trato humano, todo va por código y no hay casi asistencia al cliente, no había papel higiénico y aún comunicándolo no lo trajeron, la cama bastante incómoda por no decir dura, por lo demás bastante bien
