We loved the location, the cleanliness and size of the apartment and helpful hostess

The shower not good, no instructions to use cooker, safe, T.V. No light on parts of landing/stairs outside apartment. Dust everywhere outside apartment. wasn't allowed to use baloney also was only told of construction works after we had it booked!

The rooms are fine, the interior is very beautiful and the whole apartment is very practically designed.

The welcoming was awful. They werent professional at all. There was a misunderstanding as the apartment's policy doesnt allow kids while the person that we talked to from the apartment was informed we were bringing our baby and

There where some construction repairing outside the apartment and we had no balcony

There is not lift. Besides, we miss sun light.

The location is good, it’s right nearby the basilica and nice restaurants. The apartment itself was modern, a good size and mostly clean, but it can get a little dusty inside from the construction work.

I was advised after booking that there would be construction and there may be a little noise but it would not affect the apartment. The construction was more than anticipated, there is scaffolding everywhere and it partially blocks the front door so for people with mobility issues or large suitcases it may be a problem. Additionally if you have asthma there is a lot of dust which may also impact your stay. The apartment balcony could not be used due to debris on it, which included large chunks of concrete with wire sticking out. Management were aware of this and came out with the contractor but it wasn’t cleaned. The worst part was that when I went to the office to speak to management, and advise them that this was impacting my stay, they refused to acknowledge that or apologise. I didn’t ask for any compensation other than a “sorry that this hasn’t been the stay you were expecting”. The staff member I spoke to -Victoria, refused to apologise and said it wasn’t that bad and I knew that there was construction when I booked. I didn’t mind the noise from the construction, but the dust, debris and scaffolding was impacting the apartment when I was told it wouldn’t. Additionally the front door of the building is kept open during the day because of the works, which as a solo female made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I did ask for the email or number of the manager to try and resolve my issues with then but was told no, and to sort it out via booking.com.

Work getting carried out on apartment and builders waking us up each morning, not hosts fault.
