Location is central and safe. It has modern facilities and interior, lay out and planning of the apartment is efficient and well thought of. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, super helpful with any queries about places to visit, and things to do. They’re also very quick to respond.

If theres one thing I would suggest - improve the lights on the stairway as the motion sensor has a limited range and if it turns off in the middle of the night it can be tricky getting up and down as it gets really dark.

Amazing location, studio apt was v clean, nicely decorated, had all amenities you needed. Milk left kn fridge, hosts lovely

Building work going on, heavy dust, building work started at 7 am; shower variable water pressure and temperature. We weren’t told about the building work

Fantastic communication with Viktoria, regular contact and arranged a driver from the airport. Modern apartment, great location in the city. Personal service and gave some good advice for the area. Wish we could have stayed longer

Great location. Bad facility-the building is going through renovation. Dusty everywhere even in the unit we stayed in. No elevator; had to climb five flights of stairs every day. Day 1 was dreadful with our heavy luggage. Cannot use balcony due to renovation. Heavy drilling and pounding started at 7 am. Staff not willing to help with luggage. Looks like renovation will go on for quite some time…maybe 9-12 months.
