Ввічливий господар, заселення швидке, гарне розташування, краєвиди, близько зупинки транспорту, магазини, місця для відпочинку. Квартира простора, світла, хоча не така, як на фото.

Не було прибрано, довелось попрацювати самим з прибирання.. після доби дороги це було (((((. Скромне облаштування, ніби і є майже усе необхідне, але стан бажає кращого.
