Amazing views from the kitchen balcony and bedroom, very nice and forthcoming staff, a beautifully constructed apartment with high ceiling and open beams. Deshaies is just a short walk away and the pool area is serene as well. Wonderful place that we would recommend without question!

A strong sewage smell wafts about the compound sometimes, the couch/sofa consists of many loose pieces and comes apart when two people sit on it, and the windows and open shutters don't have a mosquito net. Thus sitting anywhere except for under the nets above the beds results in being eaten alive. Which is a little uncomfortable.

The view from the balcony and the double bed "room" is nice, as shown in the pictures.

The biggest problem was the mouldy AC unit as you can see from the pictures which holds potential health risks. Also I think the pictures from the presentation are a little deceiving: there are no rooms, the upper floor is one big room partially diverted by a wall but there is no privacy or any kind of separation from the rest of the house (you can hear everything is happening in the entire unit). The WiFi provided by the owner did not work, the network din not even exist. At the ground floor there is a toilet room without a sink and separately a shower room with a sink (no toiletries provided, not even hand soap) and the steps are quite steep so a possible problem at night or for people with reduceds mobility.

L’apartament està ben equipat amb lo bàsic, el llit doble és molt còmode, les vistes espectaculars i té una piscina comunitària ideal per refrescar-te que gairebé sempre està buida. Eloïse va ser molt amable i ens va ajudar en tot moment.

La vue, la piscine, hôtes très avenants, disponibles et réponse rapide. Bien situé pour visiter et aller aux plages.

Beautiful place and location, and the view from our balcony was beyond amazing We were meeted and greeted by a lovely lady who showed us our room, we had no common language but managed to laugh our way through it Cam recommend it enough
