Location and room size

The room is need of a good clean and the kitchen need a tea towel and clean product’s/utensils otherwise you had to use dishwasher with a half empty load

Spacious apartment, great balcony, location to CBD and comfy beds.

Dishwasher, clothes dryer not working properly and need replacing. No remote in 2nd bedroom. No dish washing liquid or rack.
