Great Location indeed!

the parking space can be tight if your neighboring cars are big ones, as mine is a big SUV too. I ended up parking one space away to be able to open the door.

"Great choice for families, or a couple of couples. Great room that is centrally located."

Located a short walk from Canberra Centre and Public Transport options. Deck receives sun from mid morning until sunset. Kitchen, laundry facilities in room.

Room could benefit from basic maintenance and spring clean sometime soon. Pool and BBQ became unavailable during the couple of months since booking - not through fault of the host but worth noting.

"Spacious Apartment Close to the CBD"

Location was fantastic. It's a five minute walk to Canberra city where there's tons of shops and restaurants.

A little bit Street noise but it was not bad enough to lose sleep.

"disappointing apartment near to Braddon restaurants"

there were two bathrooms and good space in the living area for sofa, TV, good size dining table and open plan kitchen. parking on site nearby restaurants, shops and other amenities within easy walking distance. air con in living area and bedroom 1. dishwasher provided. washing machine provided. balcony space.

cleaning could have been better- fair amount of dust in the built in robes and dead insects on the kitchen window sill. insufficient crockery and cutlery for four persons- only two bowls for example! noisy due to main road (no double glazing) and 24 hour McDonalds directly underneath. swimming pool (key feature in summer with 2 kids) was shut for repairs and appears to have been shut for months. some maintenance not done - kitchen tap is completely loose, sounds like it has been like this for months based on previous reviews.
