The views from the main room are stunning and the location to Lago di Braies and a few other walks was very convenient.

Although the rooms are large they felt very small and cluttered. Bathrooms don't need to be big but the additional fixtures of this bathroom made it rather uncomfortable and even smaller. Parking was explained and seemed simple, however upon reaching the property the usual spot for parking was unavailable meaning manoeuvring in a tight garage was the only option as street parking doesn't seem to be a thing. The bed was okay but difficult for one person given the slanted roof and the position of the bed in the room. As a suggestion, a guide book on the property would be extremely useful.

Location was decent and the people at the reception were nice.

There were no pictures of the actual pace upon booking. The pictures shown were of a much nicer more modern apartment. While it stated there was WiFi in the apartment - there was no WiFi provided. The lighting in the living room was really dull and quite depressing. No trash bags available for sorting out garbage but the sorting was required. No soap, shampoo or conditioner was provided. Lovely people working and the view of the mountains was gorgeous from the balcony. But that is all. The rest was quite disappointing

Apartment is brand new, perfectly clean and well equipped. Location in middle of Toblach is perfect as everything is in walking distance, and with one parking place in garage, parking is also not an issue (if you come with more then one car, free public parking is only some 100m away so it's not an issue either).

We came for xc skiing, and I normally need place to get my skis ready. Apartment has basement, but at the moment it's completely empty, so no table or anything where I could do this. It would be nice if there would be some sort of table in basement, so you could do skis for next day.

Newly furnished spacious apartment that fits a big family or a group of friends. With everything you need for cooking etc. There is a cellar for ski equipment. Location is great, walking distance to Toblach, 15 min drive to the slopes

There is only 1 key for 6 people, at least 2 keys would be more convenient. Also the key pick-up and drop-off is at different location and it was not perfectly clear where to get it and at what time. Also there is only 1 parking spot in the garage

Location, clean, safe. Apartment well proportioned ( although cluttered). Aurturist staff helpful.

Very tired decor throughout the apartment, table and chairs wobbly, broken radiator ( though Aurturist offered to fix this), chipped crockery. Some unnecessary furniture in the corridor that makes it feel cluttered.
