Fast communication, easy to collect the keys, great location, very quiet and clean apartment.

I didn't like the floor. It was old wooden so in each step it will make noise and also it's uneven, kind of easy to loose balance if you don't see where to step. During night you would hear the heating pipes leaking but we would never figured out where it is, you just you would hear the water tearing all night drop by drop, not really nice. If somebody will walk the floor would wake up everyone because of the noise. And unfortunately it had a very bad smell, like an old apartment, in fact, it was pretty much old even though it had all the facilities.

The location of the accommodation was ideal especially if you were to arrive by train. I liked all the old artifacts in the apartment. Handy cafe/bakery just around the corner. Toblach is a perfect base for walkers and cyclists. A good range of places to dine. English is widely spoken and if not you can get by with a minimum of Italian or German.

The location was superb. The cleanliness was perfect and the apartment facilities were ideal. Would highly recommend. The host was very easy to contact and gave a folder with all the details which a guest would need.

The flat was very usefully located for us, being near to Toblach (Dobbiaco) railway station, also very near a ski hire shop. It was also spacious with a decent kitchen and two separate bathrooms.

The flat was a fairly long walk from the centre of Toblach village, bus station and supermarkets. It was also a shame that the self-catering kitchen only had 3 mugs (despite six beds) and had odd electrics (the plug sockets were not of the normal modern European norm and the whole flat's electrics trip if too many electrical devices were turned-on at once). Note that Aurturist rent-out individual flats in many different locations - this booking.com entry does not refer to a single building.

I was happy with the location, right outside of the town limits, because it was both beautiful and quiet. The apartment was surprising spacious and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us (all adults). The staff was especially gracious and helpful and we are very grateful for all of their help with our luggage and locking ourselves out of the apartment! Thank you, again!

The house needs an instruction sheet for using the convection stove and for what to do with the recycling. Also, it would be nice to add some pamphlets or info about busses, restaurants, etc. We found this info at the tourism office, but it would be so easy to just put a copy in the house! Obviously these are small things, but each one was annoying (especially the stove when trying to make coffee in the morning. Thank goodness for the stove in the back room!)

Internet is provided by mobile modem. It work well, but it need to be asked on reception.
