Our stay in Coventry left a very positive impression. The accommodation is exceptionally well located, right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of Coventry’s key landmarks. The ruins of the old cathedral and the new cathedral standing side by side, Godiva Square, the university area, and the traditional market are all nearby. This strategic location made daily activities effortless while allowing us to experience the city’s history and vibrant urban life firsthand. Equally impressive was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the management. When the stove—an essential facility for our family, as we enjoy cooking—broke down, they made every effort to fix it promptly. When the repair could not be completed immediately, they thoughtfully provided an alternative room that was more than adequate. This level of care and flexibility made us feel genuinely valued as guests and ensured a comfortable and stress-free stay. This was our third time staying at this accommodation, and the consistency of both comfort and service has reinforced our trust. Without hesitation, we would choose to stay here again on our future visits to Coventry.

Clean and nice

Really difficult to find way in! Took ages to find the entrances, pretty complicated.

Location was brilliant and it was mostly clean apart from under the bed

There was no hairdryer as stated which I didn’t realise until after washing my hair! It also got very cold over night and was loud

Location great, although very noisy at night so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep. Bed comfortable Good shower

Location was very central, in a beautiful part of town. I liked the kitchen area in the room.

Unfortunately the pub opposite had live music which meant loud bass music and drums till late, and rowdy crowds even later. The bed sheets were nylon which stuck to me all through the night. The second night was better as there was no live music so it must be hit and miss. I got very little sleep the first night.
