The location was perfect, the room was a good size and was very clean. The bed was comfortable

The towels were not adequate, hand towels rather than bath towels. Security was an issue, the front door was unlocked. We were awake for an hour around 4:00 am with someone banging on another apartment door.

La ubicacion es perfecta, esta en le mismo centro de la ciudad. Se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio y hay cerca supermecados y un gran centro comercial.

No habia sabanas para el sofa cama, habia que cogerlas de un carrito que habia fuera. Hubiese sido mejor que dentro del apartamento tuvieramos las sabanas para ponerlas en el sofa cama.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Coventry . Good shower and great to have a fridge and tea coffee and milk provided. Comfy bed

Only 1 larger towel left and 2 very small and there were 2 of us. No hangers to hang clothes and in the photo of the room it showed a separate room with a sofa and it was just the one room and no sofa

Booked last minute due to a mix up at a previous booking

Very late to check in, not easy to find, lamp didn’t work but there’s no one to help

Not well thought out for a female, one single mirror in the whole flat (which was in the bathroom) so unable to do hair styling at desk or get ready Nowhere in bathroom to store products while getting ready Single glazed windows and thin walls meant every conversation inside and outside the property was heard Extra pillows were provided in the wardrobe but were all stained Small bedside lamp didn’t work Kettle was mouldy inside so couldn’t use it Shower tray needs de-moulding / re-grouting
