"Excellent"

Absolutely amazing location, hidden amongst the hustle of Coventry City centre. The courtyard outside was a great place to get some quiet time, and a great view of St Mary’s guildhall. The facilities available were great, I wish I had stayed longer.

"Terrible check in time"

Nice and spacious studio. Good location.

Check in time of 4pm?? the day is nearly over before you can get access to the accommodation. Offering an early check in of only 2 hours for an extra £20 is scandalous

Location

The bed was very noisy with every move, it was also very noisy with the other guests. Cigarette burn in the pillow.

"Woeful, it was an awful experience"

It was relatively clean.

I opted to book in at 16:00, booking.com acknowledged that yet I didn’t get the codes for the room until 17:32 - I had to wait for over an hour and half to get into the room that I had paid for. Shocking. Oh and no TV, I haven’t stayed anywhere in the Western world since 1990 that doesn’t have a TV, wake yourself up.
