Great view but that's about all.

Room needs a good clean, cutlery dirty and all looks old and yuck. Shower dirty. No face cloths. Old tea towel. No tea/coffee etc. Hard bed. No duvet.

Facilities - Not everything in the apartment worked well or at all.

Excellent Location

The room was clean but the smell of Asian / Indian cooking was very unpleasant, I have to open the door wide for many hours for the smell I have to follow some house rules like take your shoes off when you inside the room, I paid for the room I should be able to live freely without following restrictions The bed is quite hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets and pillows were all have the smelly of these cooking food Some other basic needs must be provided example tea coffee sugar etc

Tge instructional emails proir was awesome also I loved the scenery and how central the hotel was for our needs.

I have no complaints

It was such a great room, wifi was really good especially since we were on floor 17! All facilities inside the room were really good, the room even had a washing machine & dryer which was really handy for us. The bed was comfortable & everything in the apartment worked well. On the whole a really nice place to stay for a great value of money. The hotel was easy to find & in a great location as it's right beside the sky tower! Definitely would recommend staying here!

Some of the cupboards & the oven had crumbs from the previous ppl staying.

great location everything at your finger tips including awesome eateries just on the street down below apartment.. apartment had everything we needed and more - was clean and comfortable with ver6 nice view. secure building

difficult to find. the office is closed and no reception. this building entry is located on 64 Federal street - i think it would be better to tell customers this address as this is door where you enter and exit building - not 75 Victoria Street as listed. car park is expensive and to get the best value you need to remove car by 6am but then there is no on street parking.

Great location and amenities.

There was a false fire alarm which meant we had to climb down 17 flights of stairs. Apparently this is a common problem of the building according to signage
