Apartamento Aguamarina 4B Primera Línea de Playa

Perfect and romantic place to stay. Very big apartment. Beautiful sea view and sound of the waves. Morning with colorful sunrise above the sea. You can see the Gibraltar with good weather. Would definitely come again.

Excellent location right on the seafront with beach bar/restaurant just opposite with beds/parasols for hire. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Short walk to the old centre of Estepona. Churros bar just along front did a good breakfast and snacks.

Occasional smell in hallway. Long way to port. No bus along seafront.

Perfect location, perfect views, sound of waves in the night, the apartment is well equipped - we cooked almost every day, it was quite quiet in the night

some furniture are old and worn out, there should be a table on the balcony to be able to eat there comfortably, the host should be more communicative (some questions without answers), problematic hot water

The location was ideal with everything within an easy walking distance. Loads of cafes, restaurants nearby. The flat was well appointed. The double bed was very comfy and it was lovely going to sleeps listening to the waves . There is a balcony so if you are an early riser, you can watch the sun coming up over the horizon. I would recommend this flat and would stay here again. I didn't have to contact the host for the week I stayed.

The only issues was the works outside the flats. It is being pedestrianised, so 8 O'clock work began. However, this should all be completed soon.

Location couldn't be better, great view over the water and right on the paseo marítimo.

I had two requests - one of where to park and one to request 30 min longer to check out & the staff did not see or respond to either.

Excellent location and view.

Construction noise outside the window.
