Very good view on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. The esplanade is lovely.

Needs improvement mainly shower goods and towels. The kitchen stencils need replacing. The bed is so and so.

Location was brilliant Apartment very comfortable and nice The view from this apartment on the 4th floor was quite spectacular! There are 2 good sized supermarkets just 4 mins walk away. The beautiful beach is within yards of the building. You're on the edge of Old Town with so many restaurants, bars and cafes to sample. It's only 10-15 mins walk from the bus station and the large Carrefour store. You can take the very scenic boardwalk route as an alternative. Estepona is being pedestrianised in an attractive way, with fully grown palm trees and beautiful flower gardens lining the sea front.
