Lovely and clean, only 10 minutes to walk to the harbour and a nice 20 minutes stroll into town. Quiet area but very nice apartment. Very helpful instructions from owner to access property. Everything we needed was there.

There was nothing we didn't like.

El sistema de condensación del agua del aire acondicionado. Ocuparse de vaciar un recipiente de agua de una garrafa enorme por unas escalera estrechisima con el peligro de rebosamiento si no se hace, resulta algo retrógrado.

Air conditioning didn’t work with input from the landlord in Columbia!!! after the electric power tripped out!!! Needs a better circuit board.

Quirky little place, with a lot of charming features, comfortable beds and lovely view from covered balcony where we are our meals. Short walk to great beach and to Estepona Port with supermarkets and restaurants

The location is excellent a short walk from El Cristo beach and the Port with all the restaurants.

The description on the website is unclear and some explanation might be helpful for people contemplating this property. The apartment is situated on the first floor (top) of a row of similar terraced properties. The orientation is North-East/South-West. The apartment terrace is on the South-West side but has been enclosed by windows and slatted sun screens. It is equipped with dining table and chairs. Next is a small double bedroom followed by the living room (sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, narrow staircase (leading to a mezzanine with two single beds) and the apartment entrance. There is a second mezzanine located above the kitchen (accessed by a step ladder). In total the apartment could accommodate at least 5 persons. However, a consequence of the focus on accommodation numbers is that the living room is very gloomy with no view to the outside. The terrace slatted sunscreens block the view towards the coast and cut the day light. For some the location and the focus on numbers will be a major positive but for others the balance may be wrong.
