Bahía Beach Apartments Estepona

Air con didn’t work half the time. The bin was broken in bathroom and the room was not cleaned daily even though I had the sign out to clean the room.

Locatie is uiteraard prima, en personeel is vriendelijk en correct.

De toegangskaart om het appartement te openen werkten op alle deuren waaronder fitness toiletten maar zeer slecht op onze deur van het appartement. Herhaaldelijk de kaart in de kaartlezer maar na 6 of 7 keer werkte het wel of helemaal niet. Na onze klacht en een controle van de kaartlezer werd wederom verteld dat het wel in orde was. Het gaat wel open maar vraag niet hoe. Jammer!

Amazing hotel and large apartments with spacious terrace , beautiful tropical garden with pools. Spa, saunas, gym, indour pool. Very pleasant and helpful lady at the reception, overall impression is excellent.

Only a fixed shower in the apartmens.

The apartment is located within the Kempinski Hotel Estepona. The Hotel is of a high standard and the staff and Pool areas are very good. We have stayed many times. The apartments are privately owned and then rented back through the hotel. At the time of booking you are not told which apartment you will be allocated. Some are very good. This one, 2507, is tired and in need of a refresh and updating. It’s not 4 star, (others in the block are).

Apartment felt tired and dated

The Bahia apartment was advertised as being associated with Kempinski property with use of all the facilities. However, for any issue that we met, Kempinski did not help. Example, for the price you are paying for a 4-5 star property, you don't expect to carry with you your own tea bags/coffee. Yet, this was the answer we got from Kempinski when we complained that none was provided in the room. No amenities are provided in the room as well despite what is described on Booking.com. We had to purchase everything!!
