Riverfront Dream on the Hawkesbury - Water View

I love the location, it was picturesque and great to have parking.

the lighting in the apartment is very harsh.

Location was good.

The sliding door onto the deck was very hard to open and close .

Blind hook in lounge , towel rails, toilet seat were loose. Sliding door was hard to close Sliding screen door has a large gap between it and glass door Bathroom was a bit moldy and dusty

We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina, river and Dangar Island. We also enjoyed access to supermarket, local hotel, bottleshop, and short walk from the train station.

I arrived and checked in, and within one hour had to check out due to an urgent matter back in Sydney. The property refused to negotiate any type of refund out of good will.

Nice spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Huge veranda overlooking the river and the wharf, location is quite busy by day and super quiet by night. Reserved parking space in front of the apartment.

The pumps of the septic tank system are very loud and unavoidably turn on now and then throughout day and night. The lighting in the living room could be more atmospheric, there's only the main ceiling lamp
