The unit is in a great location but very tired and in need of some TLC. Broken tap in the bathroom, cracks in the basin, beds are a bit elderly, no shower mat provided but still comfortable.

This property is right on the water. Stunning views and very comfortable. Connected to a restaurant and coffee shop and very close to a convenience store- so you have everything you need.

The stove was a bit dirty but luckily we didn’t end up using it. There was no laundry detergent so we had to buy some.

Very convenient location in this lovely, quaint suburb of Brookyln. Walking distance to local cafes and pubs as well as boat hire next door or short drive to Brooklyn marina. Nice walking path all the way around the waters edge. Perfect quiet getaway. Small maintenance issues needed but nothing majorly concerning. The noise from the septic system was certainly loud, but you get used to it. It's just the way the whole town functions.

Great location and unit was as described. Needed tea towels and a couple more dinner knives in the kitchen.

Location was very convenient for boat tours and train travel to Sydney & to Gosford
