Appartamento esattamente come da foto .. anzi meglio..dotato di tutto il necessario.. letto comodissimo.. posizione ottimale.. addirittura una bottiglia di vino caffè e thè come benvenuto direi tutto perfetto.. grazie mille .

The location is great, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding sheets, covers were clean.

Keys: There was no mention either in the description or in the confirmation messages that the flat wasn't on the ground floor, but on upper levels. No lift and no instructions about which level the flat was on, and what the door number was. I was only instructed (once the cleaner left) to use the key box next to the door. We arrived in the searing heat after a day travelling with several cars and an aeroplane. I told the property that I am travelling with my two grown-up autistic children and I have a spine and a head injury (the reason for the travel), we need to get inside the house at least to the staircase hall (a 4-story flat building), as I can have a stroke. I was told to wait until the cleaner finishes the flat (although I didn't ask to enter the flat itself). So, no code was given for the front gate. We were lucky that local residents took pity on us and let us in. It was a miserable experience to wait next to the huge bins (stinking), then once we were given the codes for the key locker, we just couldn't find the flat for a while. The flat: the front door area is filthy. The kitchen was dark, stove sticky. The dining table was also dirty. The bathroom: missing wall pieces, not working toilet, although they put a paper sticker on it: sterile. The floor was dirty too, the tiles had mould on them, flaking paint, a dirty shower curtain, and the white towel that was provided had marks on it. Many signs all around the toilet about how to use the toilet (like in a public toilet) and a device that helps the pressure level up to flush the toilet, but it barely worked. It is very loud, and sometimes it starts working randomly in the middle of the night, waking us all up. The floor was dirty in the whole flat, although paper slippers were provided. Curtains need a wash too. The bonus of this stay: a day later, I got a message that I had damaged the property's toilet so, pay. Everything looked better in the pictures.
