Alvaro had great recommendations for restaurants that were far above the normal places in terms of quality and location. The best one and his top choice was off our radar completely and we did a lot of research. He also had the real life hours and times of every conceivable place to visit. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, modern, easy to figure out. There were a number of high quality olive oils and vinegars to use. He had a well stocked vine cellar that included many classic Spanish wines,, at fair prices. We have spent over a year traveling in Spain, usually four weeks at a time. We know good wine, and so does Alvaro. Lastly, he has a great collection of information about Spain and Cordoba. We have worked in the art business, have specialized in providing art and architectural elements to designers for forty years. His place has some great little collections of artifacts. He has good taste. Sometime our making a living depended on.

The apartment is just out of this world. The hospitality of the owner who met us was A*. I'm reluctant to say exactly how good our stay was because I want this place to be available for the next time we return. The courtyard, the room, the lounge, everything was amazing. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you Ziza, you made our stay!!!!!!
