"Gold standard, a lovely, unique base for a Falmouth holiday."

Quality furnishings, quality equipment, very comfortable beds and a friendly attention to detail with instructions, advice and supplies / welcome pack to help you relax and settle in. If there is a gold standard for holiday lets, Eric and Emma have a clear vision of what this is and surpass it.

Nothing not to like. To avoid disappointment some might need to remember this is a flat with no outdoor sitting area. But, this is not a miss as the flat is light and airy, and is situated short walking distance to pub with view + close to harbour and town.

"Fantastic Falmouth Accommodation"

The accommodation has been done to a very high standard, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with Falmouth town, docks, and the train station all within walking distance. The building itself has tons of character, retaining features from the original building whilst still feeling modern. This was one of my favorite things about staying here. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Instructions on how to enter the accommodation and where to park our vehicle were clear, and it was reassuring to know that we could always contact the hosts during our stay should we have needed them. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay, Nathan 🙂
