The Old English Rooms

The apartment was incredibly well equipped, had everything we needed to cook a variety of meals. It was beautifully clean and very well located. Having a dedicated parking space was very useful and super easy access to the apartment. The addition of netflix, board games and sound bar were appreciated for a group of friends who were after a chill weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth.

I think it would be appreciated to be able to completely block sunlight from the bedrooms to stop people who can't sleep when it is too bright in the room waking up at 5am.

We loved the beautiful school house with its interesting beams and big windows letting in lots of light. It was warm and clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely furnishings. We especially liked the under floor heating in the kitchen area . Thank you for the hot cross buns !

The property was very central to the main town with only a 5 minute walk. The apartment is just beautiful. Lovely big windows and the rooms were very spacious. Emma & Eric were amazing and very welcoming. They even left us some milk and butter ready for us in the fridge. They left us a welcome pack with everything we needed to know about the area and the apartment. Very organised and well presented. We will definitely be returning in the future.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property or our stay. 10/10 couldn’t fault.

The location , the apartment and the attention to detail

Nothing Absolutely wonderful

Great quiet location with local facilities on your door step including 2 pubs. Property itself was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Particularly like the eco-values with the products chosen to use in the property.

The only small negative was the sink in the en-suite was difficult to use because of the position of the tap.

Fabulous appartment, cream tea left for as a welcome for us, very yummy! The kitchen was really well equipped, home from home, we didn't cook much but when we did the facilities were great. Beautifully furnished appartment, the sofa and chairs were really comfy. The bedrooms had really comfy beds, the shower was great in the en-suite! Really good information pack left by Eric and Emma. They recommended The Sea View pub just down the road for a meal, we went there and had a really nice meal. We caught the train from the Town Station to St Ives, via Truro. We had a great day out (without all the summer crowds), the little branch line was recommended by Emma.

There is nothing to be improved on, everything exceeded expectations.

Warm, light and comfortable and finished to a great standard and the off-road parking is a huge bonus for Falmouth

It was very well appointed. The decor was lovely. It was light and airy. All in all it was very comfortable and ticked all the boxes that we required.
