Good location

Communication of the owner is terrible, we were cold for 2 days and sleeping in sweaters, because heating is really bad! Blankets are super thin, not appropriate for winter. Worst booking experience so far.

Property was in a good location and value for money

There was a real issue getting in, the key didnt work and it took a while to get that sorted out. I think clearer instructions are needed, the door was old and temperamental and the key needed some moving around to get it to work. The hosts knew this as gave instructions when we contacted them but we could have done with this beforehand. I also didnt like that there was not reception/concierge available that we could have spoken to re: the keys and not sure what would have happened if we needed advice after hours.

This apartment was absolutely amazing! Full of modern art, well-equipped small kitchen, big space, a lot of beds. We were really satisfied.

A bit difficult to find the keys, as we were told to walk into the garden (probably lovely in the spring and summer), but it was the court yard - and the light went out pretty fast. Found them eventually. Finding the appartment also took a while, as it wasn't obvious and in the dark the sign was difficult to see. Once inside though, the appartment was very nice and a lot bigger than we first thought. A bit cold the first night, and the 'duvet' was looked like a tiny pillow when folded. That said, we could have stuffed more in, as there were lots, but having travelled all day (with delays) we were tired. We contacted the owner who explained how to change the temperatur on the radiators, so after that it was fine. Very tiny bathroom with toilet, but also a separate toilet, which was nice being four people. Excellent location with grocery stores close by, and only a few minutes walk to the Metro, tram and busses. Also in walking distance (approx 10 min.) to the old town. So wouldn't mind to stay here again.

Fridge worked, but had seen better days. No storage in the door, and the one shelf we had to put in place with a can of cola to keep it up. Would have loved to have a couple of small towels for the bathroom, in addition to the personal towels.

The property is great, spotlessly clean and everything you could want and more.

The apartment is up 2 flights of spiralled, stone stairs which can be quite tough to navigate if elderly for example, the balcony railing is very low also on the access to the apartment so care must be taken. None of the negatives above are at the fault of the apartment - more for awareness.

We had a great time, the apartment is very nice and comfortable.It is located in the heart of the city.we spent a pleasant time with the family,I would gladly recommend it to others.
