The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was close to city 1 bus ride away. Check in instructions were good.

The shower had small water pressure, and the heating was only on for a few hours per night.

The apartment itself is lovely. One bedroom has AC, the other doesn't but you can keep the door open to the main room which does have AC. Large storage room used as a walk in wardrobe was very handy. Nice modern layout and furniture. Bus stop 2 minutes away, metro 10 minutes, plus a large shopping centre 10 minutes walk. Great location

Could maybe do with some new towels and pillows but other than that, the apartment itself was great. Read some reviews about neighbours and surrounding areas. As for the neighbours, the only noise we heard was when the next door used the tap... other than that it was fine. The area and the building itself wasn't exactly what you would usually expect, especially for such a nice apartment - we thought at first we had the wrong address. Then when you walk through, it is a bit rough. The 6 or more bins in the entrance often produce bad smells, especially in the hot weather which is not pleasant every time you walk past. But as I have mentioned, the apartment itself was lovely and would stay again

The apartment is generally good, the location is ok, 35-30 minutes walking to center. Appliances and all necessary was available for use. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There are moments to be improved. the smell around the apartment is disturbing, the surrounding area is dirty. The apartment does not have any noise isolation, you can hear neighbors TV or how the argue, even when the neighbors are going to toilets or shower, the baby cries half of night and other sounds that disturbs. It was very hard to have a good sleep. You can hear everything, and very loud. In this apartment apparently was smoking cigarettes, and also the smell is not fresh because of it. The bedding and the pillows also smelled bad (smoky) even the towels was smelling and we had to wash them in the first day. The small bedroom does not have any cabinet to store your things so in a super small bedroom (but there is a separate storage room) The AC is very loud in the one of the bedrooms, in another bedroom there is none, it was impossible to use it at night because it was very noisy. The shower is not working properly, the water is or boiled or cold, no middle way and the pressure is really weak. The fridge was also smelling like something that went bad, so we had to clean it first before putting products inside.
