Downtown GEM AirCond close to Heroes' square

Lovely and clean with everything we needed. The kitchen facilities were good and the beds were comfortable. We were able to have the sofa bed made up so that our children had a bed each and the apartment was spacious enough for our family. Good shower and the air conditioning was a bonus for the hotter evenings to cool things down before bed. The location was fine for us as it was a quieter area and the double glazed windows and doors cut out traffic noise at night. We were able to walk to the metro within a few minutes and be into the main centre quickly and explore. Roberto, the host was very helpful both before and during our stay and responded quickly to text messages.

There was nothing to dislike really. The walls are a little thin and so we needed to ensure that the children were quiet, which was fine. We heard some loud music from another apartment in the block but it stopped by 10pm so not a problem for us.

Great host, clean, very nice apartment. All was as presented in the profile and the whole process and communication with the host was flawless. The property was booked for friends and they are super happy with all.

Excellent location near shops great bakery and public transport. Lovely spacious clean and bright apartment just minutes from Andrassy. It’s within walking distance of Heroes Square and also the West End shopping center. We loved our stay here.

Good location. Frequent bus service to city centre very close by and nearest Metro station 10 minutes walk away. Large airy rooms and comfortable beds. Useful local shops nearby

A little more kitchen equipment could be useful.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, about 10-15 min walk from a bunch of terraces/bars/restaurants. It's nicely decorated, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Had 2 sets of keys, which was nice because we were two couples and we didn't always leave or come back at the same time. There were clear instructions on how to check in/out. Will definitely try to go back when in Budapest.

There is AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms, but the other bedroom didn't have AC, so we had to keep the door open to get some cold air from the living room as it was really hot during our stay. The TV also worked only on sound, didn't have image, but it was not really a problem as we spent more time outside in Budapest, but host said they will look into it.

We liked our cosy apartment with AC and equipped with everything one needs on the family trip. It is near the metro and tram station and we could left our car in the parking lot nearby. There are also small stores and bakery nearby and a huge shopping mall with food, stores and cafes just a few minutes walk. We loved our stay in Budapest!

great apartment with good location for bus and metro, the owner is assisting on any issue! we stay there family of 5.. really recommend!

if you want to watch smart TV, need to bring your doungle..
