It was what we esxpected

The entrance to the building is not reformed and it was a bit scary but it turned out just fine

Beautiful holiday Budapest deserves to be visited even if the right time would be, as in all places, summer. we didn't miss anything in terms of weather, wind, rain, snow and ice but we still had fun. The apartment where we stayed was a short walk from the center, spacious and warm. Too bad about the cleanliness, cobwebs near the bed, ceilings and near the furniture; dirty walls, but the worst thing is that the rooms are not soundproofed and you hear the customers of the other apartments next door making noise when they return at night but this is also due to people's education. The large window overlooks the street and not having a roller shutter to close you can hear every slight passage of cars and people and clearly the morning light, because the blackout curtain covered little...A DISASTER... They did some work in the next room and our wall was broken but a broom to clean it doesn't exist. Finally, after all this inconvenience about the apartment, I wanted to thank the operator Viky who followed our trip for 5 days and when asked if the check out could be delayed by about half an hour she asked for an additional sum of €10. Thank you.

The location

First of all, we did not get the room that we have booked,they have given us a smaller one instead. When we booked, on booking it showed Little Spain, but when we arrived, we did get a smaller apartment, Little Spain. I have announced the property, that it is not the same room, but they kept saying that they have give us the one that we have booked. So please be aware of this scam! Secondly, knowing that the check in is starting from 15:00, and our family have a little girl, we kindly asked weeks from on our arrival to arrange early check in. The staff kept promising several times that they will arrange everything in order to check us in earlier than 15:00. After weeks of promising, that early check-in did not happened for the reason that on Friday it is general cleaning. I wonder did they didn't know that before? Knowing the fact that we will not get early check-in, I would definitely choose an another accommodation. Overall, we had a very unpleasant experience, so if anyone is reading this, maybe it will be helpful to not have the same unpleasant experience themselves. Sorry Little Americas, you have just lost a guest. :( PS. The batteries from the clock needs to be replaced...
