Nice location with easy access to public transport. Nearly all amenities easily available around surrounding.

The location is a amazing - just a 5 min walk to the Nyugati Train Station and the Metro, a 15 min walk to the Parliament and the main tourist attractions, lots of shops, cafes, etc. nearby. Self check-in is also convenient if you don’t know the exact arrival time. The bed is comfortable.

Noise. The walls between the apartments are very thin, so I couldn’t sleep a single night because of the noisy neighbours who loudly talked through the night, dropped heavy things on the floor etc., and I could even hear their phone notifications as if that phone was in my room :( There was no towel / paper towels / napkins in the kitchen zone, so it was a bit inconvenient not being able to wipe your hands after washing something. Another small detail is that there were only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sticks, although there were 2 of us staying for 2 nights. I’d recommend leaving a pack of tea and coffee on the counter for guests to be able to prepare the drinks throughout their stay. There was no ground coffee either so the coffee pot couldn’t be used.

Central location, close to amenities and transport. Safe area to walk around late at night. Good value for money for a short stay.

Lots of little improvements needed. The shower head was broken so water only came out of one side, the seal on the shower wasn’t great so a lot of it spilled out into the bathroom. Our biggest complaint was the noise! Lots of signs up about how it needs to be silent between 10pm-7am or face a €600 fine but this didn’t seem to bother some guests. One night the flat next to us had people over and music blaring until 4am and kept us up all night. There’s little to no sound proofing, you could fully hear everything from the rooms either side, from coughing to snoring we got it all. The room faces out onto a busy road which again often woke us up, again if proper blinds were fitted and sound proofed this might be avoided.

This apartment was amazing. We were in New France and it was simply a perfect place to stay. I couldn’t believe the size of it for the money we paid and it was also in a perfect location. The apartment was so clean, well equipped and really cute. The bed was comfy, it really was a special find and a treat to stay at!

There was moving I didn’t like about the property.
