Spacious Riverside Residency - Magnificent View

Everything was perfect! Despite there wasnt parking nearby the host drove us showed us the parking and then he bring is back! My husband broke his arm and he helped us with the hospital and everything we needed! Thank you again.

The appartment is at the riverside in het centrum of Budapest. It is a short walk to the metro and supermarket. The appartment is big and has a great view. Gabriel is a very nice person en told us a lot about things to do during the transfer. He also made a reservation in a restaurant for us and solved a little problem in the appartment without interrupting us. Just that personal contact made the stay in the appartment very good.

Huge apartment, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Comfy beds, plenty of bed sheets, new appliances. Gabriel is one of the best hosts we ever came across, available 24/7. Very central Budapest location, ideal for those that like active vacations.

It is necessary to call before arriving at the property, otherwise you need to wait, like me, together with famility in the sun till the person is coming with the key. The property manager need to meet you in person because you need to pay in cash and to give the 150 euro guaranty. The house is very nice with amazing view. There are stairs till the first floor. No elevator. Beds are ok, wifi ok.

The facility doesn't provide an invoice. I suppose is not registred and cannot issue any invoice. This was important for me because I ask from the beginning (in the booking reservation form) and nobody reply back in those many days between reservation and checkin date. The property responsible said at checkin time, that can issue only on my name, not my company name. Whatever, I haven't received any invoice or payment receipt on my name. Everybody knows that Invoice or receipt should have an issuer, not be a blank page with my name and amount. It was requested 35 euro for private parking, not 30 euro, like is written. At checking he wants to see all occupants of the apartment, (we have been 5) . We agree at checkout time, but he cames earlier and ask to check/see the house. I was in the pyjama. Was not ok from my point of view.
