Spacious Riverside Residency - Magnificent View

Excellent location, very clear communication with the owner and easy 'check in/out'. Appartment is secure, very spacious, clean, with good, modern kitchen appliances, excellent air conditioning (much appreciated in an extreme heat wave!) and great storage space.

Not much wrong; just minor improvements could make this an exceptional appartment. Bedding (especially pillows) could do with a refresh. TV looked great but lacked instructions and previous guests may have taken /lost the remote control.

AC worked great. Lots of room to relax between events of the day and events of the night.

Mold on walls at the entry. Overall, not very clean. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths. Kitchen was limited, no dish soap or sponge or paper towels to even try to clean coffee cups, etc.

Location & views great, good value for a large basic apartment with all you need and host was really nice & helpful however nowhere to store your bags should u have a late flight home unless fee paid & had to pay a late fee £35 euro on arrival after 10pm. Flight was due to arrive 20.15pm but had an approx hour delay therefore arrived later than exoected & late check out fee til 1pm £35euro* which we were happy to pay. Did address the cleanliness & this was welcomed by Gabriel the host. Would recommend this apartment being aware of possible extras fees & baring in mind nothing fancy.

Extra fees bit harsh & no storage facilities

Good localization, big and comfortable apartament, bautifull view. Host was wery nice and helpfull. We recommend this apartament.
