The location was fine however it was NOT where it is showing on the listing photo!

You will NOT get the 150 euros back you paid as security deposit. I have been told twice now by the owner that it has been actioned yet still no money. He is now not responding to any correspondence. The owner offered to refund the cleaning fee if I don't post a review but he hasn't even given the security deposit back let alone the 40EUR cleaning fee! This property needs serious renovations and cleaning. The toilet seats are made of old gyprock or similar material and because it is old and cracked it is soaked with urine and it stinks out the entire apartment but because they are both attached to a bedroom each it is impossible to sleep in either bedroom due to the smell. The shower head in the bathroom with the bathtub is broken therefore cannot be used to have a proper shower and no plug is provided for the bathtub so cannot even be used as a tub. The other bathroom smelt even worse and had a huge cockroach running around when we entered. The couch had massive stains on it and was broken. There was no bedding provided, the beds had one thin sheet on them with one flimsy cheap pillow, no blanket or quilt. The bed slats in the main bedroom are broken therefore the bed makes a massive cracking sound when laying down on it or making any movement. No bathmat to step out on, only 4 terrible old towels left at the front door, not even in the bedrooms or bathrooms. The towels are like sand paper! The bathroom cabinet is falling apart and is filthy inside. Advertised as air conditioned, only the living room is air conditioned, not the bedrooms, not even fans provided for some airflow which probably would have helped with the strong urine stench. The listing says "slippers", said slippers are a pair of very dirty well used once used to be white flip flops. One pair. The dishwasher was full of dishes. 2 coffee pods provided for a 4 people booking, no sugar. No dishwashing liquid. There was dishwashing tablets but as mentioned above the dishwasher was full.

Very nice apartment in a great location, with a big living room and two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The host gave us the principal information about the house and the city, he was very kind.

I give 9 stars because with a balcony it will be a 10. Thank you

I gave 2 out of 19 for view ..my mistake is I didn’t read reviews in 2023.. if any booking.com staff read the reviews they will find that this apartment must pushed away from platform..dirty entrance dirty floor dirty furniture broken toilets and the owner force me to keep cloths drying stand ..I attached all evidence
