Location 300% Such a great view of Danube. Resto, groceries, Budapest market and Vaci St close by. Tram across the appartment. Could walk everywhere. The manager will show a parking for the car 30e per day. Parking are very expensive in Buda.

the appartment need improvement and a huge clean up. we had a discussion with the property manager about this. Kitchen utilities need to be replaced.

When you are at the apartment, you have to be quiet all the time😏

We bought food for our own breakfast.Self catered.

While happy to buy food supplies, it would be helpful to have laundry powder, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper supplies in the apartment for 12 days, instead of having to buy packets. More than we needed.

could do with an upgrade of some areas. eg floors in hallway, vanity in ensuite bathroom, and some new bath towels and linen. bath towels were smelly.

Location, size of the apartment and big rooms.

Old furniture - especially features in the bathroom - needs to be replaced asap.

Everything was excellent, many markets are near the apartment ( 5 minute walk ), and also the bus, metro and other stations, the view from the living room is magnificent. It was very warm inside. I have to compliment Gabriel for being a very good host, i was a bit concerned about the deposit because i read the comment below but everything was quick, easy and after the stay we got our deposit back in 4 work days.

The location and view was exceptional.

The host was quite pushy with us booking the transfer through him - which was more expensive than our usual service. As we arrived quite late, just before midnight, we booked the transfer through him. When we arrived at the apartment, he advised that he had messaged details of where to find the keys. It was after 12.30 am at this point and we were left in the dark in an unfamiliar foyer. Due to wifi issues we couldn’t access the instructions and were left confused and in the dark. This could easily have been avoided if the host had just shown us where the lockbox and apartment were. At 1 am we had to ask random residents where the lockbox and apartment were.

Location was good

After several attempts trying to contact the host days prior to our arrival and recieving no response, we received a message at 3.00am the morning of our booking requiring payment a deposit and Tourist Tax through link he provided. We were overcharged and a week later still waiting on refund of overpayment. It was extremely difficult to contact host before, during and after our stay. Lock box difficult to open, TV would not work no instructions. toilet seat in second bathroom was broken. Bed linen was on the airer drying on our arrival. microwave had no turn table and despite the view one of the windows was jammed and couldn't be opened. PS. Note positive reviews are far apart and no negative reviews shown. The host requested we delete this review and he would refund 2 nights accommodation. We did and he failed to refund us. We re-posted the review to warn others. Would not trust this host. Also the location of the property is NOT where the arrow is pointing in the location photo.
