BpR Swan apartment near the Buda Castle

The apartment iz very spacious and tastefully decorated. Location si good, it is on a walking distance from Buda castle.

Apartment was great. Wrong side of the river, but the price reflects that. So satisfied with what we booked according to the photos and price.

They do not answer the phone, at all! No matter what hour. Felt like a slap in the face that there's a sticker on the door saying 24 hour hotline and the phone number. We had issues (mainly through loosing the keys) but throughout the stay we could not reach them once over the phone. Only email. How about just say, if you need anything email us, we dont have a phone? Just a suggestion.

The location was ideal for access to all public transport. Lovely large apartment. Very clean.

The beds are really uncomfortable. It’s a bit tired and run down.

The space! Very spacious flat, location was handy as well The bed space for my toddler was perfect as well

Beautiful classical apartment in Buda up in the hills with remarkable details and modern interior. Perfect location, very quiet. Just a few minutes to access all means of transportation. Self check in but you have to keep in mind that house levels differs from country to country. The apartment is located on the third level here 1st floor. Bed linen and bath towels was sparkles white. Air conditioner in bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect tiny balcony with the view to the street. Also shopping mol next corner and nice brunch caffès around this area. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and just loved atmosphere at Cinnamon caffè and after that exploring extremely beautiful Budapest.

The building itself is beautiful and having a balcony was nice.

1.The instructions to get into the building were incomplete and it took an hour to get in and that was only because a resident was coming out. Also in requesting assistance via message... discovered this help was not even in Budapest! 2. The bed was horrendous....it's actually not got a mattress....it's just a bed base with a 2 inch foam topper on it....which is bigger than the base so U end up falling off. It was so hard we were in a lot of pain each morning and didn't get a full night's sleep at all. I requested at least another topper be delivered...the response was to thank me for the suggestion and they would consider it for the future. 3. Aircon didn't work when we arrived. Tried umpteen different things, no go. Texted...they said it was working earlier that week. Finally discovered what might HV been the problem ourselves by moving the furniture out from the walls to see if there was a switch or something....turns out there was a plug behind the couch that wasn't on.....not that the 'support' gave us that...or any other information!

Location was fab and the building is beautiful

The apartment was dirty even after multiple request for housecleaning to clean the place. The washing machine was loud and kept breaking.
