General lack of understanding or anticipation of guest's needs. - The dead zebra on the wall (it's worse in real life than it looks in the photo). - The hard mattress (others have complained, needs a 'topper') - No 'side lights' in living room - main lights too bright - On arrival it took me ten minutes to find the apartment within the block. Told it was on first floor but I walked up one flight and couldn't find it. After walking around for a while, I eventually went back down stairs and took the lift to '1' which is actually the '2nd' floor! (there's also a floor 1/2!). I specifically asked before arrival if I needed any help finding the apartment and I was assured that clear instructions would be provided. The 'instructions' turned out to be a video link sent after I had departed my own country, which was pretty useless as I couldn't get a data connection (and it was 9pm at night and freezing). - The kitchen was very poorly equipped for a self-catering apartment. When I arrived, there was only one small cheap saucepan and a shallow frying pan for cooking with. On request the managers bought a second saucepan but it was huge (not un-useful but they really need another that is in between in size). The kitchen was also generally lacking in 'bits and pieces' e.g. a potato peeler and things like small plastic boxes. On request, they also provided these. The issue is that guests shouldn't have to ask for things like this, they cost very little but make the cooking experience much better. - No instructions anywhere e.g. what do the oven settings mean? How does the TV and/or Netflix work? What number should I dial if I have a medical emergency? What number should I dial if I lose my mobile and need to speak to them?!!!!! - No Netflix account - Not everyone has there own account, or know how to log in on another TV, or forgets to logout.

The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need throughout your stay. There is a hair dryer, iron, washer, dishwasher etc. The location was fantastic just a 1 minute walk to trams and metro. There is a shopping centre a 2 minute walk away and a Lidl a 4 minute walk. Please note: the apartment complex has half floors. This apartment is on the 1st floor but you’ll need to go up 2 floors. There is a lift.

It was advertised as 2 bedroom however there was only one bedroom. The sofa is big enough to sleep on so it wasn’t an issue and there was a fold out bed in the bedroom.

Big apartment with lovely views. Had everything we needed. Loved the location. Very clean and welcoming.

Location is perfect! 1 block from open market, grocery, all transportation, right at the castle without the hill. Quiet. Huge for Budapest. Lovely. 2nd time we have stayed here for over 2 weeks. We will be back to (what feels like our) apartment again.

As an American, the bed is very hard. So we took all the blankets they had and put them under our sheets. Print the info they send you as you will need them.

Very large well located apartment within Budapest. Large kitchen where also some bottles of water and bags of nuts were presented as a welcome gift, which was nice. Sleeping included one large 2 person bed and a large sleeping couch which was pretty comfortable and large enough for 2 persons as well.

The apartment itself was nice and I have no further comment on that. However it is difficult to park nearby the apartment. Please do not use the public parking under the Lidl nearby seen as though it charged us 130 euros for one full day and one night. Other than that no issues
