Very convenient location. Near the bus and the tram stop, shop. The food is very tasty. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, there is the necessary equipment.Owners respond quickly to messages. Definitely recommend.

One of the faucets in the shower doesn't work well, but the other one works, so everything is fine.

Apartament was really nice, it was clean. There are not many kitchen utensils, there is one pot, plates, cups and cutlery and a kettle. The location is perfect, it's really close to most attraction and the city center. There are many restaurants and shop which works 0-24 just down the street. There is no dedicated parking but you can find spot on the street or buy a spot in private parking. Communication with staff is great and they send you good instruction about how to get there.

Issue with water heater Cleaning under the bed

Location is great

Once we arrived there were no bed/pillow sheets, no bed linen, no towels nor toilet paper. After contacting the owner, they told us they would bring them. When we returned back, the utilities were still missing. After contacting them again and again, they promised to bring them fast, but we waited the whole evening and they only brought the things late night. They promised us to refund us the first night, which they never did and they don't respond to my messages.

Apart from these small things, we truly enjoyed our stay. It was great to come and visit the city, and overall we had a nice experience. The comments above were only meant as helpful suggestions for improvement.

We couldn’t really find any slippers or kitchen towels. The all small lights didn’t work because there were no bulbs in them. The bedside table is quite low compared to the bed. There were no extra hand towels provided. Coffee was not prepared for us. The TV remote control is a bit difficult to use, as the buttons need to be pressed quite hard (maybe it just needs a little cleaning)
